When Lenn Kristal of Precision Small Arms decided he wanted to diversify his line of classic Browning .25's, he came to us with a request to cut exotic wood pistol grip blanks.  We were excited to accommodate and within just a few weeks, he was able expand his assortment to include his new line.  After several runs using our woods, we began to cut blanks from some spectacular Turkish Walnut boards sent directly from Yurttas Gun Stocks of Istanbul, Turkey.  The postcard pictured here proudly announces this very special edition.  Personally, it's a great thing to see a project such as this come to fruition and what's even better is to make good friends along the way.  Whether a major manufacturer such as Lenn, custom fine furniture makers such as The 'Maloof Boys' or Darrell Peart, or 'mere' woodworking enthusiast, the best part of our job here is meeting such great people.
